PDAxtreme

Hello i just got a pda. im really new to this stuff and im completly lost. I have a dell axim x51v with window 5.0 on it. Now i was on tucows.com looking at software. On most of the programs it was saying that minimum requirement is ARM/ARM2002. What is this and will this software work on windows 5.0 system
