PDAxtreme

I want an Iphone or another type of smartphone but I don’t make a lot of phone calls and can’t afford to spend 100 dollars on cell phone service every month. I just want one because I like the idea of having a PDA (which I use a lot) and cell phone (which I use occasionally) in ONE device.

What’s the ideal and CHEAPEST smartphone and phone plan for someone like me?
