I have recently bought a PDA. It has a SDIO Wi-Fi card. Is it possable to connect to the internet any where in the world without having to connect to something like your mobile phone’s modem or any other modem.

If so how is the possable.

PS – I am talking about being able to get internet connection any where, any time, is it possable, free of course. Without a modem or phone internet etc.
