Voting Question: What is the best phone or PDA for my needs?

I need a phone that has a QWERTY keyboard and can connect to my computer via USB so I can transfer stored messages. It would also be beneficial if the phone had 3G internet capability so I could tether it to my notebook pc and use the phone’s internet access as a modem for my notebook.
I should have added, “Why do you think this is the best phone for me?”
I should have added, “Why do you think this is the best phone for me?” Also AT&T if possible.
