Resolved Question: Does the Mini i9 KA08 phone work with AT&T’s 3G network?

I am about to buy the mini i9 KA08 phone but I don’t know if it works with AT&T’s 3G network… I have been told that it does and that it doesn’t. Does anyone know the truth?

Could I put the 3G sims card in and still use the phone or would it not work at all?
