Voting Question: HTC Touch G3 , Nokia N97, HTC Touch Pro II ?

I wanna buy a new mobile phone. I live in Germany, so I have to sign a contract with any german provider. They are more expansive than in the USA. Now I wanna choose any mobile phone, because I cannot spend a lot of money, but also I want performance and quality.

I have to make a decission. Either the HTC Touch G3.
It’s quite cheap for a german provider, means I’d pay about 75$ for the mobile phone, and 25-30$ per month for the contract. I have no problem with a touchscreen handy, because I am using a PDA atm. So I like to handle with WM, and I like touchscreens etc. It’s familiar . But I’d prefer a “QWERTY”-keyboard, because I want to surf and to mail a lot.

2nd choise: Nokia N97:
It’s more expensive. about 50$ per Month and unique donate of 300$ fot the phone itself. But I “know” that mobile phone, but I don’t know if it has any hidden bugs or smth. like that, or any bad things. I’d prefer this because it has got a qwerty-keyboard and a touchscreen as well.

3rd : HTC Touch Pro II.
Similiar to the Nokia, same price.
Almost the same mobile phone, but it has the adventage WM.
I know how to handle with WM, so the surface etc. is very simple for me.

HTC S740. Supports 3g as well, but the monitor isn’t quite big.
You cannot see a lot of things , or they are just smaller, which means it’s not that good compared to the other phones.

Blackberry? I was thinking about buying any BB, but in fact it looks like a business men, and I am just a pupil. But if it’s okay, and you REALLY can recommend any phone, just tell me, and give me any advice thx =)
