Voting Question: Can I use AT&T’s PDA Personal Unlimited Data Plan for $35 a month with an Unlocked iPhone?

I was wondering if I can use AT&T’s PDA Personal Unlimited Data Plan for $35 a month with an Unlocked iPhone. I would get the SIM Card with an phone. I would only have a Data Plan on my iPhone because I would make my calls threw Skype for only $3 a month for Unlimited Calling. I just need to install something from Cydia (Jailbroken App) so I can use Skype on 3G or EDGE. Please let me know if you have ever done this or you think it will work. Thank you!
