Open Question: Does RIM have a patent on date separator between emails or can anyone use that visually on a pda?
http://www.bbhub.com/2006/12/07/blackberry-patent-app-depicts-enhanced-date-separators-for-bla/ this patent seems to say that they patented the idea of sticky date separators. However, what about basic separators without them being sticky…is that patented as well? To me, this is just sorting by date so I don’t know how they could patent that anyway.
