PDAxtreme

I have an Htc ppc 6800 and it goes to the htc screen, then the alltel screen, then it just stays at the Windows mobile screen. It could stay theat way for weeks. I need help on how to reset it. I use it as a pda not a smartphone, and i got it off ebay.
