PDAxtreme

I want to make a mobile application (using VB.NET) to transfer file from mobile to PC. I connect the PDA/Smartphone to PC using Cable Data (USB) then there will be a ‘Send’ button, after that button is clicked, a file will be transfered to PC. does anybody know how to do that ?
