Voting Question: Should i get a macbook white or a normal laptop?

tomrow is the day! the day i finallly buy my laptop!!!ive got about a thousdand dollars in ma pocket! i dont know what to buy mac or pc mac or pc mac or pc mac or pc! im afraid to by either and regret it… PLEASE HELP ME! i want an answer that will get my choice straight and i wont regrert it… i would use it for music,downloading,microsoft word, webbrowsing… when i say mac im like” im afraid i mgiht someday neeed a program that isnt for mac”i just want a really good choice!!! thanks! as for gaming i dont play games just roller coaster tycoon and runescape.. so is a mac capabaple of handling both? thanks
