Open Question: Is my screen on my hp ipaq ppc broke?

Is my screen on my hp ipaq ppc broke?
it works comes on fine but the middle of the scrren i dont think it works
i dropped it on the floor and since that it never worked in the middle
i need the middle of the screen to work so i can calabrate it and get onto the desktop
HP iPAQ Pocket PC hx2790 is the make
i have usb cables and active sinc on my pc
the rest of the screen works but not the middle it is touch screen
