Voting Question: What’s the best pocket PC to date?

I’m looking for something that’s fast with texting,an amazing internet experience,games,mobile downloads,plenty of memory and can play all of my music and videos just like my cell phone can,I just wanna drop the bill and call feature. Is the Dell Axim X51V still the best or can I do better?(U.S.)
I’d like a touch screen like my cell phone(Samsung Impression[SGH-A877]),but it’s not an absolute requirement.
