Open Question: new cell phone- need help deciding what kind?

I need a new cell phone. I’m with AT&T. I currently have a Nokia flip phone that is a piece of garbage. It drops calls all the time. It powers down when I try to make a call or it won’t make a call at all and then I have to take out the battery. I just want a phone that is durable, not too bulky and works and doesn’t drop calls. It looks like there is not much selection at the AT&T website. I don’t want a PDA and I won’t be using the phone for music or going online. I occassionally will send a text message and sometimes take a picture. What phone should I get?

I am looking for a PDA that fits the following requirements:

1) Has built in wifi
2) Has a big screen (2.8 inch minimum)
3) Has a good battery life when using wifi
4) Is cheap!
5) Doesn’t have phone capabilities
6) Has a color screen (256 colors+)
7) Preferably has Windows Mobile 5.0 or better as OS
