Ok, so I do some programming for Palm OS PDA’s (I know it’s obsolete now that Web OS is out, but I have a palm and like to write my own programs for it.)

The software I use for my Palm programs is PDA Toolbox Pro. I don’t know how many people have used PDA Toolbox before, but it is tailored for database programs, so it’s functions are focused towards creating, saving, computing, and recovering data from a file. I was able to create a guitar/ bass tuner from it, because it has a function to play a set frequency for a set amount of time, and I used that to play the notes that you can tune to.
