Open Question: Internet with AT&T? How much is it exactly?

We have four phones on our line, the bill is already like $180, but my sister is paying for internet because she needed a PDA for her job. It’s an extra $30 for the service. I would really like an iPhone, i don’t care about the internet, but there’s no way around it. Is it $30 for each INDIVIDUAL phone? I wanted to get some kind of nice smartphone for my upgrade… thanks guys
