Open Question: Does anyone know how to give a Verizon Samsung i770 Saga PDA phone & internet service without paying foraplan?

I recently purchased a Samsung Saga i770 that is meant to be activated on the Verizon network. However, I have heard of some people accessing the web, making phone calls, and sending messages for free from their PDAs without paying for any kind of service. Does anyone know how to do this?

Open Question: Where to find a cheap wifi non-phone PDA?

I am looking for a PDA that fits the following requirements:

1) Has built in wifi
2) Has a big screen (2.8 inch minimum)
3) Has a good battery life when using wifi
4) Is cheap!
5) Doesn’t have phone capabilities
6) Has a color screen (256 colors+)
7) Preferably has Windows Mobile 5.0 or better as OS
