OK, i would apreciate any help at all. So i’m not gonna go to into the story but i was at a party and i was thrown in the pool with my Blackberry and iPod Nano 5th Generation in my pocket. So my Blackberry’s fine, THANK GOD. But my iPod won’t turn on at all. When i connect my iPod to my PC, the apple logo appears on the iPod’s screen. Is there anything i can do?
Already tried reseting it…

Hello,
I was involuntarily terminated of my position of 2 years and 9 months with a company back in November of 2009. I was asked into the conference room where my manager was positioned in the center of the long side of the table. A place had been arranged for me directly across. In the corner our company’s VP would stand, then pace some and then stand some more. My manager started off saying as of that day my employment with XXXXXXX was now terminated. She then moved on to an explanation of an exit contract (that can be explained in a previous question under my questions). There was never really an explanation given during the process and I guess I was too shocked at that time to ask. I asked if I could visit my PC once before leaving to delete any credit card or other personal information from my machine. During that time I quickly backed up the .PST file from Outlook and made a copy of all the chat transcripts from my time there. I had felt for the past 6-8 months that any of us could go at any time and for no good reason so I had planned to do this and always kept a large flash drive with me.

Anyway, I’m getting away from my point. I tried starting my own business with some help from some of my family but it never quite took off and so near the end of March I filed a claim for Unemployment Benefits. As I mentioned, I was never really given a good reason for my termination other than “it” just wasn’t working out and I thought I knew what “it” was. I had been successful in professional sales for the past 10 years and now for 8 months or so I couldn’t hit my goal. We had our territories changed around a little about the time where I started coming short of my goal. I had addressed this with my manager many times. I was having to work through my lunch and work from home several evenings just to make extra or additional contact with potential customers but it was no use. My team-mate was now coming in way over everyone else with not as much effort and he noticed it. In fact he felt guilty and went and told our manager that he felt he had a stacked territory and that others may be developing negative feelings towards him and then he asked if some of his territories could be shared with me. (He knew all about my territories and my goal and why it wouldn’t work) We were friends outside of work and he had stopped by several times and saw I was working and I guess he finally thought he’s do something, even though it would take money out of his pocket. His request was denied. Either because our manager thought there was no way she made a mistake when assigning them or it was done on purpose (I’ll revisit that point some other time).

At first, it would connect to my sister’s youtube account. I changed the username and password to my account, but an error message pops up saying this:
“Login to youtube failed. please check that your PC is connected to the internet and that you have entered a valid username and password”

Does anyone know of a specific app I can get to allow wifi tethering on my new HTC incredible, like the mywi app fo the iPhone? I have heard of an app called PDA Net but it only allows wired and bluetooth tethering. If there are apps that require rooting the phone can you please describe the process of how to do that.

Is there such an app available yet, and if not is it possible to use PDA Net to connect to xbox live, maybe using my laptop as a network bridge? If that is possible, can you describe the process to make it work?
