Can anyone help in resolving the problem I am having with cect p168 cell phone? The touch screen stop working after I reset the cell phone. I have tried adjusting the sensitivity levels but the problem still exist. Is there a software update to fix this problelm or is it a hardware issue? I still have the phone under warranty, but since it is rather risky and expensive to send the phone over to China for repair, I thought I seek help here first. Has anyone sent their phone for repair to China?
