He blew a .092 an hour and a half AFTER he was arrested. Who knows how many hours after he "fell asleep" at the wheel. Unless he was taking shots at the police station, he was most definitely DRUNK while he was driving.

0.092 isn't bad.Two glasses of wine, for his body weight, sounds right.The body burns about 0.01%/hour, and wine is normally 14.5% on the average.If he had 2 large glasses, this would be like having 3-4 beers at least. I wonder if the charges were reduced to wreckless driving, since he was close enough to 0.08.Technically,they didn't catch him "driving", rather, sleeping in his truck with the lights on, not to say he wasn't drinking and driving.He should have not answer the questions they asked.
