What is about Manchester that its always top of the crime tables? However much money the taxpayer spends on its stupid people they just seem to turn to crime. Why are the BBC being forced to move 2,000 innocent Londoners up there for work, when we know they will be burgled / mugged / cars stolen, and they could have been moved somewhere more civilised - ie any other British city.
