Looks like there is 2 or more RAIDed i-rams. If u pause at 0:16, you can clearly see the BIOS RAID screen. Still, it's pretty impressive. Just pointing that out.

I can't see the cursor in the text mode screens in the video, but the cursor there would blink faster than the cursor in a command prompt window, if that's what you're talking about. You can get text mode inside Windows by pressing ALT+ENTER on a command prompt window (XP and earlier only... sorry Vista users, too cool and old school for you!) and you'll see a difference in the cursor blink speed.

Not really, i-ram can only use ddr1 ram. If you can run directly off the ram, it would be faster than any hard disc. But, i-ram can use only 4GB. (unless you use raid 0)
