There is not a big difference between them after you took some practice with the tablet. Also the tablet helps you drawing cleaner lines and stuff. But photoshop wont make it "easier". It just gives you more options.

Just a question but is drawing on a tablet in photoshop easier then on paper?of course it would take practice to learn to use it but i am a descently skilled drawer and that photo shop makes drawing look alot easier. just a question if anyone knows please.
