It's really sad how ignorant and irresponsible people can be. Most people, and yes i mean MOST PEOPLE should not have kids as they are not prepared for it emotionally, financially, or physically. These people in the world having 3-4-5 even more children are horrible. The chance of neglect on a child is much higher the more you have, you can't adequately care for all of them.
