My company just replaced all our Avid's with new Mac workstations equipped with Final Cut Studio 2 (blasted!) - and I'd like to know how I can melt-down an entire sequence into one clip without jeopardizing the quality. Please advise - I know this is a simple thing to do in Avid, but this program is driving me up the wall!

How do you move something off of its background?Like in action movies where a person jumps up then it pauses and they move off the background over to were their name/info about them is, and their is no like hole in the background. |
