It is definitely a better idea to watch the entire show. The only reason you should watch this is to remember some of the details you've forgotten.

Yeah you'lle shiz yourself if you try to watch season 4 after only watching this. And YES it is worth watching the first 3 seasons to get the story. It's amazing.
