gorillaz is a rap project i thinkand i also think there is no real life counterpart for those 4 characters because the rappers always changed during the evolution of "Gorillaz" maybe thers a counterpart for 2-D because i dont think there are two different ppl in the world haing this awesome voice ^^but i thought it was sth like thatask wikipedia if you want to know more lol
