Tecnique isn't perfect at allback was never straight, leans towards the catch (overextending) & arms bending too early, and of course not tapping down (yes its an ergo but still..) ee..dear oh dear.

it's arms body legs on the way back, but on the stroke it's the other way around!

its a mix of both. it does help to be tall, agile and strong...however good technique and strength is a killer combo. Im only 6'1" and i can get a 1:31 split over 500m at a rate of about 30(slightly fast 2/second)practise makes perfect
