You unscrew the screw already in the case jus enough to attach the belt clip...the other small screw is for you to cover up the hole after removing the the bigger one and u have a flat surface... =)

You are missing a piece, you unscrew that screw on the case now and use the other little screw with a star looking button that you are missing... then the clip goes on that.
