Hello. How do I establish a connection between my dash and computer? I connected my dash to the computer with a USB cable. I installed the getting started cd. It just says "connecting" forever. Can you break it down so that a novice like me can understand what to do? Thanks.

you have to go to t-mobile's website and download active sync which includes the drivers. there is no other way than that so just listen to me. i have this phone and i must say that it is horrible. i cant believe i even payed someone $20 for this when they were just gonna throw it away their self. horrible phone, slow, laggy and downright no fun unless you pay the extra $23 after tax to use the internet. whats the fun of connecting to hotspots?

Theres a very easy way to transfer files back and forth. After you create a partner ship using active sync, via usb or bluetooth. Open MY COMPUTER, then at the bottom it should say MOBILE DEVICE. If your phone is connected it will show your device and all its folders, from here you can send docs, music, anything! only send the files to your device and not the device's memory card because it doesnt work sometime that way. Hope this helps, it works on my cingular 3125,8125 and t-mobile dash.

Did you figure it out? Using active sync, you have to set up a partnership with windows media player; from there you can sync all your music.

The 3rd party opera browser works but it's jerkey (this is what I've read, not tried). I have a plugin for TCMP to play .flv movies and another app that can rip them from youtube straight to my phone. It's plays very well :-). Try googling it.

I hate my dash because when I log into youtube it always comes up with the "hello you either have java turned off or you have an older version of macromedia flash player". I want to blow up my dash!!!
