Let me explain something to you people who are confused about this songs meaning. Aenima means soul cleansing,but in the mind of tool it means reseting the world. It it like when the dinosaurs died,the world was reset and we where the next generation. So he is talking about wanting the world to end because he is tired of earth beeing so unpure. He just wants the end to happen and get it over with.
