I'm using EXE version 1.04 on WinXP but I'm stuck with some bugs...is that a Beta version?

Sorry, not familiar with LCDS but off the cuff... eXe is Open Source, translated into 12+ languages, and will run on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, and has a quite established user community.

I think what we need to make clear here is that eXe is the name of the educational html editing program, .exe is the extension for executable Windows software, eXe is not a software for editing .exe files.

I think you create the content of your lesson right in exe. Then you export to SCORM file into a Learning Management System like Blackboard or Moodle. It is an editor or authoring tool.
